Vitalia Senior Living

This project provides for a new 174,000 square foot, wood-framed independent living facility, encompassing both assisted living and memory care occupancies. Half of the structure is 3 stories high with balconies off of each unit, and the balance being a single and two-story facility. This complex is being constructed on a 17 acre site, housing 154 units, fitness center, indoor pool, Bistro dining area, theatre, multiple private dining rooms as well as main dining areas, a salon and a library. On the outside, the building sits on a heavily wooded area and has a bocce court, putting green, walking paths, dog park area and a private courtyard. &build has been selected as the general contractor for this project with construction anticipated to be complete in spring of 2023.
