Spooky Nook Sports Complex - Hotel & Convention Center at Champion Mill

This project is being delivered under two succinct contracts - one for the sports facility and one for the hotel & convention center. This project will include a sports complex, fitness center, hotel, restaurants, brewery, meeting & event space, and other entertainment venues. The facility will also house tenants in various medical fields including orthopedics, pediatric dentistry, and other services supporting athletics and active lifestyles. As the CM, we are providing daily engagement/oversight in all construction activities including review of all cost information before owner signoff (i.e. payment apps., change orders); leading project meetings and VE sessions; performing oversight of the bid process; and coordinating the phasing schedules for all phases of this 1.5 million-square-foot project.
