City of Bedford, New Municipal Center and Fire Station

Our team provided full construction management and cost estimating services for the entire Bedford Municipal Center, which is located on an 8.8-acre site. This 43,000 square foot Municipal Center includes a justice center with Police Department, City Hall, Detention Facility, Municipal Courts and a 14,666 square foot Fire Station. Pre- construction services included, cost estimating services for SD, DD and CD Phases, scheduling, value engineering and constructability reviews. We also saved the City over $700,000 by restructuring bid packages and re-estimating costs vs. the City’s original budget established by using a general contractor bidding scenario.
