Chandlers Lane Condominiums

Constructed after a fire burnt down the original structure nearly two years ago, built on top of the existing foundation, the layout of the new building remains virtually unchanged. While the original building was only built in the 1990s, the new condo building is constructed to provide residents with many upgrades including improved energy and building codes and modern finishes. Our team provided concept and CD level cost estimating services, and worked with 38 out of 48 individual condo owners to customize the features and finishes of their new homes. As the GC, we worked closely with the Architect to drive cost savings into the project, which achieved $200,000 of savings for the condominium owners.
