Beacon Health Building

The non-profit organization, Beacon Health provides comprehensive health services to Lake County’s adults with mental illness and substance use disorders. As the General Contractor, we provided demolition and comprehensive interior renovations of 33,000 square feet of existing retail space into medical exam, counseling and administrative function rooms. The exterior provided for a new roof, architectural metal panels, awnings, and landscaping improvements. Required by the contract, and by maintaining the schedule, this project was completed in a compressed 16-week timeframe and included Owner-requested changes.
